Benevolence Ministry

The Benevolence/Outreach Ministry is involved in many local and community efforts to assist those with spiritual and physical needs. Outreach efforts include the Mission of Hope, Our Daily Bread, Sunday rides to church, Monday evening devotionals, and seasonal clothing/food/toy drives.

The message from Romans 12:1 to "first offer yourselves as a living sacrifice, holy and pleasing to God" is a call for each of us to be what God wants us to be: do good unto all men (Galatians 6:10), help especially brethren (Galatians 6:10), visit and take care of widows and orphans (James 1:27), minister to needs of the congregation (Acts 6:1-6), remember the poor (Galatians 2:10), and give to those in need (Ephesians 4:28).

We invite you to consider how your family can participate by serving in one or more of these ministry efforts as we work toward the goal of "Transforming Lives into the Likeness of Christ."
